PICARTO for stream?

I've seen people doing streamings on youtube but I dont have to see their rules about the content allowed to show so I hardly think it's gonna work for me.

But I've also noticed other people that do streamings about kinky stuff on picarto.tv/

But I have no idea how good it is. Livestream.com is good but I feel I could use better software for streams, do you think I should use this? and why? or why not? Please answer me only the ones who knows about this site.
